How do I become myself again? A holistic approach could be the starting point. A holistic approach to your body bases itself on five levels: physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual. All these levels are interrelated.
- Physical: eating, drinking, exercise, sports and sleep
- Mental: such as thoughts, knowledge, communication, information, social media
- Emotional: love, empathy, hugs, comfort, feelings
- Energetic: positive and negative energy, rest, relaxation, movement, satisfaction
- Spiritual: answers to big life questions such as 'what desires do I have and how do I make them come true? What is my purpose in life?"
Addressing the whole person in mind-body-spirit can bring out the healthiest, happiest version of ourselves!
