Orders

All orders are automatically confirmed via e-mail. Orders placed without completing payment will be cancelled after 48 hours unless agreed otherwise. Black Raven Beads withholds the right to cancel any order.

 

Shipping

Items are dispatched within 2 working days after payment clearance and will be shipped to your shipping address.

 

Delivery information

Our parcels are shipping using trackable parcel mail services. Tracking can be done using 17track.net.

Shipping rates:

• • The Netherlands: € 4,50
  • European Union: € 8
  • Rest of the world: € 10

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard and various local payment methods. Payments are made only using the secured and encrypted web pages of our payment provider partners. Black Raven Beads will not ask for credit card details. For the Netherlands, iDeal and bank transfers are accepted.

  

Customer Service,  returns and refunds

Should you for any reason be dissatisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund your item within 14 days of receipt. Items on sale or custom made items are excluded. Please make sure you always contact us before shipping any items back. We will contact you on receipt of your returned items and either ship your exchanged items or issue a refund within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping fees are for the buyer.
