Autumn brings a sense of closure, a time for reflection and warm thoughts. There's also a sense of melancholy, of loss to be felt. Autumn is the time to take stock. Leaves decay; having finished their life cycle, they mulch down and return to the ground that gave them life. The forest turns into a beautiful colour palette. It's all mystic if you look around you. Close your eyes and wander to another world full of creatures and animals preparing for the long winter.

In the past year, we have worked with enthusiasm to make this possible. I think it is important to contribute to the well-being of people. Self-confidence, discovering inner strength, love for yourself plus others and positive thinking are themes that have come into my life.
